For a leading regional graduate business school we developed a comprehensive sustainability strategy for the Management Board.  Work includes a detailed audit, a stakeholder assessment, a competitive and industry scan and the mobilization of a cross-organizational sustainability action team.  Deliverables will include a sustainability strategy summary and five-year roadmap.
